Alli Barnes, PhD is our lead functional nutrition practitioner and lifelong health & wellness advocate. She has earned degrees in Exercise Physiology, Biology, Nutrition, and Integrative Health. She is certified in nutrition, holistic health coaching, A&P functional movement, trauma & mindset, and orthopedic mobility/yoga. She leads the Corporate Health & Wellness Division comprised of a professional group of integrated exercise physiologists, trainers, nutritionists, health & wellness coaches, nurses, mobility specialists, and life coaches that enable workplace groups to better understand how to mitigate their biggest health risks, and promote optimal health and function.
